We are the whole package that your company needs, everything from planning to building software.

We map a strategy, build a solution or enhance your product experience with a focused commitment as independent offers, or as part of your project's service.

Create the blueprint

Vision and direction are among the first things we need to create and understand. Because we use Agile development, we must be able to define a clear business need, or vision that is part of the project. The question is often asked "why are we planning to do this project?" The answer to the question is because the system as a whole is a must have. The reason for this is that through this vision, the entire work is created in the long run.

IMAGES A good exercise in this project is to create an elevator pitch:

  • For: (Our Target Customer)
  • Who: (Statement of the Need)
  • The: (Product Name) is a (Product Category)
  • That: (Key Product Benefit, Compelling Reason to Buy and/or Use)
  • Unlike: (Primary Competitive Alternative)
  • Our Product: (Final Statement of Primary Differentiation)

Create a mind map where many things in the Agile approach are important, therefore it is just as important for us to get started as soon as possible so that time does not run out. We will share a mind map and each goal with important information, important dates, names, goals, functions and measurement values.

IMAGESThis will give you a clear idea of what needs to be done, when and how to measure success:

  • Relevant Executives
  • Managers
  • Directors
  • All Product Owners

Building the software

In this step, the product owner creates a high schedule for the release of a working software. Since Agile projects have several different versions, you want to prioritize the important and suitable functions needed to be able to create and start the project.

For example: if a project started in November, you can set it to MVP launch in early February with a high-priority feature launch next May. However, it all depends on how complex the project is and the length of "sprints" - they are work periods that are dedicated to each goal. A typical and approved launch contains 3-5 sprints.

It's time to move on from the macro to the micro - because the product owner and development team are planning these "sprints" - short development cycles - where specific tasks and goals will be performed. A typical and approved sprint lasts between 1-4 weeks and should be so throughout the project, as this allows the team to be able to plan future work based on past performance.

At the beginning of a sprint cycle, either the project owner or our product together with the team will create a list of a Backlog that they believe it can complete within the time frame that is made. This had created a functional software:

  • Product Owner
  • Project managers
  • Scrum Master
  • Team Members

Refine the solution

Once the project has been released, it is usually important to expand and refine the software. Most applications, web-based, and mobile, need to be updated and improved to maintain the customer's attraction, as well as not be outdated. The reason why it is important to follow up with developments and trends is for improved solutions for competitors.

In this step, Backlog from the main development should never be emptied. There should always be ideas and improvements to be made. The project can be in a frozen position but works and is alive even if it is in sleep mode.

To keep track of what the market needs and how to improve, it is important to be able to make contact with end users. The most competent people to provide information on how well the products match their and the market's needs.

We have a wide range of skills that can give different suggestions for improvements and also be able to make another sprint circle from time to time.
